Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Bianca Ender (hereinafter "Seller") at goldenra.myshopify.com. The Seller does not accept any deviating terms of the buyer unless expressly agreed to in writing.

§ 3 Contract Formation
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" and completing the checkout process, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address immediately after the order is placed.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. These costs are borne by the buyer unless free shipping has been agreed upon.
§ 5 Payment
Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. The invoice amount is due upon completion of the order.
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the buyer. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the country of origin. We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the destination country.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bianca Ender, goldenra.shop@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply under Austrian law. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery.
§ 9 Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages by the buyer are excluded unless arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Seller.
§ 10 Governing Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Hohenems, Austria.
